Sarah was able to hold space, perform an intuitive emotional clearing practise and each point of the body she focused on resonated very much with the physical/emotional pain I was experiencing. I was able to understand how important language was in terms of challenges around self esteem/self worth/self love and I was left feeling empowered, refreshed and clear. Sarah also did a card pull which again further confirmed what these challenges were teaching me. At the beginning I was sitting in anxiety and was holding a lot of tension in my body, by the end I was a lot more centred, grounded and was able to release a lot.
